Lady Raiders controlled from start to finish and NC could never get a run going to be in a position to win. Senior Night at Ryle. NC is probably a little worn out with this schedule down the stretch. They did not look like a regional contender tonight. Congrats to the Raiders!

I have to say I honestly feel a little bad for New Cath. This schedule they have this month is rough. Playing 8 games in 17 days is crazy and not to mention ending the season with 4 road games. Tonight will be their 3rd game in a row 4 in the last 5 days and 5 in the last 7.

Brutal schedule I would agree. I look for them to be better for it in the district and regional when the games actaully count.

It does not look like they have enough this year without a couple of legit outside threats but you know RD will have them ready come tourney time

From what I have seen of them this year I would agree. You can never count out a RD coached team come tournament time. He will have them ready thats for sure, but they are definitely not very deep from what I have seen.

Remember, Fr. Alexus Mayes, as of this past Monday done for the year. Doesn't help much when you lose your 1st or 2nd player off the bench.

And I saw NCC put a smothering defense on a very solid Walton Verona team that kept WV from crossing half court in most of the 4th quarter of their championship game. Beware and know that this NCC team is and will be dangerous.
