I thought wrestlers had to compete in a certain number of meets to be eligible for region competition? Seems like these kids would have fallen short of that threshold.

They don't have to compete. But do need to be certified at that weight. Slight difference.

You have to have either 4 weigh ins or 4 matches at a weight class to be eligible for post season. I wish the Myers kid had wrestled 145, I think the Cooper match up would have been great...

I think they wrestled for at least one more school in Ohio if not two more.

 

This is their 4th school in 3 years...

I don't have a clue on KY HS Wrestling but started reading threads in KY Wrestling Forum...poor Myers kids have Vince McMahon as a father. Very entertaining!

The 152 pound Myers kid dominated his match.. It was ridiculous how easily he beat the other kid..
