mexitucky
No i think OHara is a great referee but he stunk yesterday plain and simple. Its also Well known apparently That he doesnt like Highlands, from what ive heard. I have almost 15,000 posts give me a break on the whining about officials because of a tough season. Not the case at all and like i said it didnt cause Highlands to lose just an observation. I'll answer this for you, since Timmy O is my uncle. What you just said is that it is well known, apparently...from what you've heard. Strong evidence. I guarantee you that Tim could not care less about what gym he is calling a game in. He left high school rivalries behind in 1977. Calling out a ref for bad calls is cool, that goes into being paid to be a referee. However, to question the character of Tim is absurd at best. Like I said before he is one of the best in the region. You can't find an official that is more fair than him.
Qryche11
Like i said just posting what I heard and the same goes for Freppon who has been scratched by Highlands this year. Say what you want, like Porky said, Highlands has a bullseye on their back most nights out. My opinión of Ohara hasnt changed, I Still think he is one of the Best in the state. I just thought it was a poorly called game. Maybe the comment about him hating Highlands was a little harsh I will admit and apologize.

Why would Highlands have a bullseye on their back, this is a basketball thread.

Walter
O'Hara's CREW was bad BOTH ways in the Dixie Holmes game too...a lot of fouls called. Not singling him out but just saying his crew in general.
