Congrats to the Lady Cats! Walton dominated this game from the beginning. Sandlin was a beast in the first half and Taulbee keeps draining the 3'a. Good luck tomorrow.

WOW!!! I thought Monroe County was suppose to be a favirote to win this whole thing. Does this make Walton the favorite. Loving it.

I would say it does. They play Owensboro catholic tomorrow which they should be favored in.

Was thinking the same thing. Congrats to the Bearcats.

Although I thought Monroe would win, I'm not surprised WV did. However, I am surprised at the margin. 3 teams within a half-hour of each other in the semi's. Congrats to all 3 Northern KY teams. Right now, I would say WV will win the whole thing but I better not since I'm rarely right here! Good luck WV.

I wonder who picked Walton Verona to win it all? Oh yeah, me!

Your lookin pretty good now! I hope you end up right on!

Panda- You should start a scouting service as much as you watch! I seriously doubt there are any coaches who watch as much as you.

I just uploaded our pictures and game video to the girls basketball page. Great game. Glad to see the 8th, 9th and 10th Region teams in the semis.

Nice game by the Walton Verona today. Congrats to Kara Taulbee. 5 of 7 from 3 point land. Also believe that she scored

her 1000th point today. Great young lady from a great family.

Molly Clinkenbeard 10pts, Courtney Sandlin 20pts, Michelle Judy 11pts.

This will be the first time in the All "A" Classic History that the "Northern Kentucky" teams have all been in the semis.

I have seen Walton Verona "up close and personal" a couple of times this season and I think they are really tough. I saw Monroe County last year and just couldn't see them as a top 5-6 team where.........somehow.........a couple of the computer rankings had them rated this year. I'm not at all surprised WV won. The margin is a bit of a surprise to me, but I thought Walton Verona was the better team.

Congrats to Walton. They have a great team!!

This game is the most complete game I've seen Walton play all year. They were sharp, focused and determined. Good job Lady Cats.
