Here are teams with the best records in each region:

BOYS

  1. Marshall County 12-1
  2. Hopkinsville 13-1
  3. Ohio County 13-2
  4. Clinton County 14-1
  5. LaRue County 11-2
  6. Bullitt East 12-2
  7. Trinity 10-2
  8. Anderson County 11-0
  9. Covington Holy Cross 13-1
  10. Clark County 13-2
  11. Madison Central 13-0
  12. Southwestern 11-3
  13. Barbourville 12-1
  14. Knott County Central 11-2
  15. Betsy Layne 9-1
  16. West Carter 12-3

Prediction... No more than half these teams make it to Lexington.

Goldie, you posted a little too early. Holy Cross picked up loss #2 tonight. What a crazy year!

Records are deceiving. Strenght of schedule is more important when it comes to tournament time.

Agree with all the above post. This was from Mike Fields, thought it would bring up some good feedback on such a cold snowy night.....
