How do I not know how the system works. I know perfectly how it works, and its the system I have a problem with. I know how Bama ended up in the title game, and your right with this crappy system they have in place it is understandable for why they are in. However if Bama didn't want people questioning rather they should be in, then they should have went undefeated theirselves.

 

As for the Utah beating the crap comment out of them, it is very relevent. People say it is apparent by watching the teams play that Bama is better than Oklahoma State. Well I used the Utah example as an example how stupid it is to base things off an opinion. Even though Bama had a team that was VERY GOOD and ended up being a National Title team that year, they still got beat and handled pretty good by a team in Utah even though Bama looked better than them. I understand everything about how the system is, I am simply explaining how the system is sucks and stupid how we determine things based on opinion. Apparently you take offense to that since your little ole Bama team is one of the teams who made it on opinion.

We got beat in Over time, at the end of reguation it was 6-6. We had more rushing yards, passing yards equal in turn overs. We also had a bad call at the one. Lost in OT we ran 4 plays and they were bad ones, they ran 4 and were good ones, answer my question, who should be in the game since Bama got beat, answer it?

However since someone is a little sensitive when apparently someone says there should be a playoff instead, you failed to see apparently that I did propose an idea the BCS could use to fix it. Which is a playoff and I already even laid out how it could go down. Nice try though. Funny thing is your getting all upset when no one has put Bama down, but just simply said it is stupid to put a team in based on opinion. I mean shoot I even predict your beloved Bama team to win. So no idea why you have flipped out like you have.

That is the thing your defending your program for no reason. No one is taking shots at your program. By saying that there needs to be a playoff system is not a shot at Bama. Shoot I even predicted that Bama beats LSU, so that even shows I am not taking a shot at your beloved team. You considered me talking about Utah beating Bama a shot, however it was relevant to what we were discussing. Saying how opinions is all we got, and I just used a good example of how opinions are proved wrong.

 

I was not putting down Bama, I was putting down the system. It is the same system I put down every year, so it was nothing against Bama. To answer your question I am a Notre Dame fan, so I am definitely not going to put down any other teams haha. Who knows if Notre Dame will ever get to that spot. Shoot going to a playoff system maybe even hurts their chances, right now if the could ever have a good season. Opinions would put them in, because storied programs like that get breaks. However I still rather there be a playoff system. So that is why we said you got mad or flipped out, no one was even putting Bama down and you still went off. I could have understood if I said Bama is going to get blown out and doesn't deserve to be in the game. However never once said either, and I actually predict Bama to win.

The problem with that is once again it gets down to people's opinions deciding it. Have an 8 team playoff, with the 6 BCS conference champions getting automatic bids, and then two at larges. Then if someone doesn't get an at large they have only theirselves to blame because they would at least know then winning their conference gets them in. As of right now we could get 6 undefeated teams in the 6 BCS conferences, or better chance of 6 one loss teams in them. Yet its not like that would guarntee that would get them in, it would be opinion again which sucks. Make it to where teams know exactly what will get them in. Take this whole opinion stuff out when it comes to crowning a National Champion, this way schools know exactly what they have to do.

Once again why would they have to get rid of the bowls for say an 8 team playoff? You play the first round right after the season ends. No bowls are lost, the 4 teams left go into BCS bowl games against each other and it becomes basically a plus one.

 

Also in the system I said there doesn't leave much room to scream. Why now there is no guarntee way to make the title game. If you do 8 teams, and give automatic bids to the 6 BCS conference champs. Then you guarntee a way for teams to make it, and teams know that they truly do own their own destiny. If you win your conference your in. Then if you don't make it, it leaves room for opinion to leave you out of the last two spots. So not much to complain about because you knew before the season without a doubt what could get in you. In the system today we could have 6 undefeated teams in all 6 BCS conferencs, yet only 2 of them would get in. So no team truly owns their own destiny right now, right now what controls them is opinion. The way I said keeps the bowls and money, but also gives teams a clear path of knowing what has to be done to for sure get a shot.
