Again, No Jacobs????? Does anyone know what is going on. His last game was against Montgomery County and he scored 33 points. Is he on an official visit somewhere this weekend?

This would be a very interesting game if Jacobs plays for Paris and Gillispie plays for Bourbon. With both teams full strength, I really like Paris, look at how they have played with Jacobs in the game. Hopefully the next time they play both are back, just doesnt make that game the same when teams arent full go.

Was that game played last(monday) night.

I heard he was ineligible (I assume because of grades), but I don't understand how you could play on Tuesday then become eligible on Thursday. I thought grades ineligibility typically lasted Monday - Sunday.

He did not play against LCA on Saturday either.

The following is an email I got from someone close to the Paris program:

99% sure it is due to a failed drug test. I think he has to sit a full month before he can practice or play.

Its a shame that this had to happen. He has enough talent to get his education paid for at the next level, I just hope this is where the trouble ends and nothing more happens with him.
