Maybe a few, but Richie's being involved with Williams should have cancelled that out. Bob Farmer shot himself in the foot on a few occasions, most notably his Eastern Ky. remarks. He was probably more unelectable than Williams.

My wife and I went ahead and voted for him. He is an excellent lawyer.
November 9, 201114 yr Final numbers are out: voter turnout statewide was around 28 percent. Higher than what the Secretary of State had predicted. This is way down from the 37.8 percent turnout when Beshear was first elected four years ago, but well above the record low of 20.5 percent we experienced in 1999, when the state less-than-enthusiastically re-elected Paul Patton. Speaking of that 1999 election, I feel like I remember a story coming out that year that David Williams found Republican nominee Peppy Martin so unlikable that he'd vote for Patton. Looking back, that's just funny.
