So the pledge to act against the US and to encourage others to do so costs you your rights but if you actually bomb a US Govt building and kill people you get to retain your rights?

 

First off, he didn't just pledge against the US. Awlaki played a heavy role in the Fort Hood Shootings,(http://http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/FtHoodInvestigation/fort-hood-hasan-asked-awlaki-kill-american-soldiers/story?id=9410718 the deadliest attack on American Soil since 9/11.

 

He lost his rights and US citizenship.

Just on a side note. It sucks the economy is declining with Obama. I really do think he is doing a great job on the war except for the withdrawals. If the economy was working, I would consider voting for him.
