This thread irritates me every time I see it. Why?

 

Beechwood freshmen - undefeated.

 

Beechwood JV - undefeated.

 

Beechwood varsity - undefeated except that darn Covington Catholic game :irked: :madman:

Mayfield JV is still undefeated. They beat Paducah Tilghman last night 17-14.

Scott County JV and Frosh teams also remain undefeated after beating Tates Creek last night.

The list has been updated based on know results from 10/17 JV/Frosh games. Can anyone comment on the JV and Frosh records of Eminence, Fairveiw, Owensboro Catholic, Edmonson County, Breathit County, Belfry, Christian County, Franklin County, or Harlan County?

Remember, we're tracking programs that are undefeated at all levels (Varsity, JV & Frosh).

The Glasgow JV finished their season undefeated (6-0) with a 35-8 win over Franklin-Simpson last night.

Mayfield's JV just finished undefeated on the year.

Last night, Scott County JV and Frosh teams finished their seasons undefeated as well. The Frosh team has a post-season tournament on Saturday, and is expected to win.

Hold your dancing banana there pardner ... Beechwood's JV is also undefeated and their freshman team's only loss was to Moeller, whose freshman team would beat most JV team's. So it's likely we'll get to continue the weekly thread next year and beyond. The freshmen play for the N. Ky. small school championship versus Newport Catholic this week and the JV will face NCC's JV on Saturday.

To add to the argument, next year is possibly the year of the Ram. Raceland's JV was undefeated and 8 sophomores started varsity this year and did not play JV. Our JV had only one Junior on it. Raceland returns a lot for the next two seasons. The sophomore and freshman classes are loaded, and after this year they are well experienced. Look for Raceland to rain on a lot of parades next season.
