There has to be a hidden or future development behind the rate hike and subscription change. They just reported record revenue and projections for ongoing growth. There's something they are positioning for. Wait and see. Meanwhile, I'm waiting on the sidelines.

I can't verify that the final season is there, but seasons 3 & 4 are. :lol: I don't know how many seasons there are/were. I figure it must be getting close to ending, though, because Henry's now getting ready to marry Ann of Cleves (his 4th wife), and Mary's getting older, so it has to come to an end. :cry:

 

I watched up to the first half of the third season. It took everything I had to get through the second (the two most compelling characters, Sts. Thomas More and John Fisher, aren't around anymore). My interest was revived by the Pilgrimage of Grace, but I just wasn't into stories about Henry's endless trysts. Is it worth it to have Netflix show me the fourth?

I'm no scholar, so I've enjoyed the whole series. I do feel they could have toned down the plethora of sex scenes. I have really enjoyed the intrigue throughout the series, though...political, personal, etc. As to whether it would be worth it for you to watch, I'm not sure. I do know that the third and fourth are relatively tryst-free on the part of Henry.
