June 23, 201115 yr Seems to me that if you are drinking all night with a friend, who you know is drunk with a bad history, and then get into a car and let them drive, you should take responsibility for your own stupid decision.Bad decision, yes. However it wasn't his foot on the accelerator. His estate likely will take a significant hit.
June 24, 201115 yr Who makes good decisions when they are drunk? Seriously people. I drank my fair share, your fair share, your friends' fair shares and most of Morehead's fair shares when I was in college...yet, I never once took my keys, started my car and attempted to drive.

I drank my fair share, your fair share, your friends' fair shares and most of Morehead's fair shares when I was in college...yet, I never once took my keys, started my car and attempted to drive. I'm just linking these all together, not singling any one out so don't take it that way please. I think any one that can afford a 70-100 thousand dollar car should be able to afford a taxi home, or friends to tell them they can. There's a difference between bad decisions and flirting with death and it would seem Mr. Dunn didn't want to just "flirt" that night.. I think it's horrible the way he and his passenger passed away but I'm pretty confident if any off my family/friends cought wind that I had done the same and survived they would do just about every thing but call the governor.
