Define "normal citizen" for me here.

 

This is getting way too much run. My guess is 75% of the people that vote for the President won't even have the slightest clue what this "issue" is when the election takes place. Only people that follow politics have the slightest clue and unfortunatley that isn't who votes.

 

Normal here is she wasn't a career politician and she didn't study at an Ivy League school or something similar. If anything I'm reaing from wiki is correct her parents were high school teachers and she attended a few small colleges that aren't that well known. Her first political election she won like 600-400 votes to be a small town mayor. That's a lot more "normal" of a story for American's to relate too than most politicians.
