Cov Cath 4 X 100 team breaks school record. Former record of 43.66 (1999) This teams time 43.44. Congrats guys. It looked near perfect.

I hope that Mr. Aldridge is okay. That was a nasty looking hit he took when he lost his footing at the high jump pit.

From what I was told last night, it's now 43.44 by the 2011 CovCath team.

If I recall correctly he actually shared 1st place in the 100 with Thomas Batts from Cov Cath.

Cov Cath had a great meet, as did Highlands. There were some great performances on Friday night. My favorite performance of the night was by pole vaulter Doug Long from Campbell County. Long skipped his prom to stick around to win the pole vault.
