Louisville at Cincinnati--Thoughts?

Featured Replies

This is a game UL needs bad. Winning tonight will give them a little room for the tournament. A loss tonight and pressure starts to build for them.

UofL is safely in the tournament. No need to worry about that.

It baffles me how Cincinnati is favored over Louisville.

I am beyond shocked. I will be taking UL, but it seems like it might be a sucker bet.

Heard the same thing from X and WVU fans, and it's simply not going to be the case again tonight unless they found a bunch on the secondary market. UC sold a huge number of tickets in a package that included X, WVU, UL and UConn. The only positive input from the marketing department all season...

All I know is that Louisville fans have been getting upper sidelines through Cincy, and that doesn't include the people that will pay second market for better seats. It'll be tough to say for sure anyway, with the Louisville fans wearing red and black.

For the record, my biggest complaint with Big East scheduling is the reluctance they appear to have for Louisville to play their traditional rivals of Cincinnati and Marquette for the mirror games. I guess they put more value into balancingng the schedules for TV match ups between top teams, but you'll never convince me that we shouldn't play home and away.

Louisville wins.

All I've got to say is "Go Cards!"

So explain how UC is favored over U of L, great and mighty GT.

Because the odds makers are smarter than 99 percent of people.
