Its right around the corner. UK should have some great spring football practices. I hope Simpson gets on the field at Safety. Should be a good year.

UK's spring practice starts March 30th.

Since one of UK's top recruits will be playing safety, I hope there is room for Simpson somewhere on the field in the future.

As good as the recruiting class was, 9th in the SEC still isn't too promising.

USF opens practice next week and has 2 games this year. The Spring Game at Raymond James Stadium on April 6th and another scrimmage called the Green and Gold Bowl at the new practice facilities on campus April 9th.

I can't wait!!!!!!!

I think Stanford is going to win it all this year they just started spring ball today.

Its alway "spring" out there^^^. They should be in the top three in pre season. I'm not sure what all they lost. Our D lost one guy, we lost some on Offense but there are guys who played a lot. I can't wait, but first baseball!

The Bulls open spring practice at 4PM today at the brand new Frank Morsani Football Practice Facility.

3 new practice fields, 2 grass, 1 field turf. New dining hall. New athletic dorms.

Great weather, today. Windy, high in the upper 70's. Low humidity. I love this time of year in Florida!

Anybody going to go watch UK practice this Saturday I think it starts at 9.

Spring Game at 2. We'll be home for the UK/UConn game. USF treats me right.

How is USF looking? UK is going to run the 4-2-5 defense this year.

Since Mark Snyder returns as DC, I assume we are going to still run the 4-3 cover 2. DE Ryan Giddens leads the defensive line. In fact we have depth at every defensive position. DeDe Latimore is still playing at Will with Sam Barrington starting at Mike backer. Don't know too much about the Sam backer yet, but Curtis Weatherspoon has been playing over there some this spring. The corners should be strong, with Kayvon Webster, George Baker, Quenton Washington, and Ricardo Dixon all returning to the depth chart. The entire safety corps is back, led by Jon Lejiste at strong safety.

There are 4 legit candidates for QB starter including 6'4" 232lb red shirt freshman, Jamius Gunsby, and Miami beater, Bobby Eveld to challenge junior BJ Daniels. Running back should be deep with the additions of transfers Dontae Aycock and Scott Darrell to Demetrius Murray and Bradley Battles. Soph Marcus Shaw will get more carries this year, too. As Coach Holtz says, "Something exciting is going to happen when Marcus touches the ball. Now it's not always a good thing, but it's exciting." With AJ Love getting a 6th year and Sterling Griffin returning, after missing all of last year, along with last years crew, we have us some experienced wide receivers, something we were thin on last season. The problem will be replacing Sampson Genus, Jacob Simms, and Jamar Bass on the offensive line.
