Yet Another Palin Gaffe...

Even better when the point is missed!
That was a mighty swing and miss, too ...

Wasn't the "death panels" statement more than just a little reckless?
I love you Westie, but no, not IMO...

Of all the things to complain about Palin about IMO this is not one. I would venture to guess that most Americans have never heard the term before, I know I hadn't. When you try to make something out of nothing like this the real issues get lumped in and aren't as important.

On an unrelated side note filled with sexism and double standards, I must say that I dig the short-hair look Mrs. Palin has gone with. Much better.

So does no one other than the erudite RockMom appreciate the humor of my opening statement...

"What is getting no coverage at all is the petition signed by thousands of Colectomy recipients over Palin’s flagrant usage of semi-colons in her written release."

People who have undergone surgery to remove part or all of their "colons" being upset with Sarah Palin for using too many "semi-colons" in her release. I thought it was funny. I hope I didn't offend any of you...

Which in a rare confluence of the planets, places me in full agreement with Humpty:

The point was/is the crazy lengths people go to make mountains out of molehills... effectively minimizing the impact of genuine issues.

Really? There was nothing true about it, and it certainly caused a ripple in the health-care reform debate.

You and I could have a lengthy discussion of this... preferably over something more appetizing than a keyboard.

I'm a grammar-Nazi, so I got it. I don't find too many of my fellow grammar-kin around these days.

Until someone refudiates it......

She's sticking to her strategery.

I would go as far as saying most Jewish people probably hadn't heard of it. Could be totally wrong but would be my guess.

I too had never heard of it.

The people that don't like Palin like to blame EVERYTHING on her. Remember it was a Palin conspiracy on Dancing With the Stars.

A show designed for people to call in and vote for their favorites because people who liked Palin called in and voted for their favorite.
