Final. Bracken Co. played some really good defense and made the big plays at the end.

Very nice win.

Very much agree. Lewis has been playing very well this season. Anybody have stats?

Polar Cat, do you or anyone know how the pairings would go for Thursday if you have several teams with one loss? Bracken and Deming would be in the finals tomorrow night if both win today, but what if both lose today or one of them loses, then how would the pairings pan out for Thursday? If anyone knows, please explain, thanks.

Papa may have to mosey on over to Brooksville this evening.:thumb:

The first tiebreaker is the number of quarters won. After that I'm not sure.

Would have been bad to lose at home with a 21-2 FT advantage! How do you play basically a whole half and only foul twice? You could tell in the article Coach Hampton was wanting to say something, but didn't.

BC is playing surprisingly well given their pre-season prospects. I never expected them to be where they are at this point.

I asked this same question to myself a couple of weekends ago at a Lewis Co tourney playing a Lewis Co team. Go figure.

Just goes to show how much pre-season predictions mean especially when the "experts" never do any research.

As I am sure Male said the same thing last night after Ashland beat them, not for sure on foul totals. I read where Lewis played in a tourney in Metcalfe Co. and now Bracken Co. and you are saying they hosted a tourney a couple of weeks ago, they must have played a bunch of games so far.

Same thing happened against Harrison Co. Foul totals for the game were 28-10 for the game. Bracken had 3 team fouls with 2:30 left in the game. Bracken was like 26 for 38 from the FT line and Harrison was like 5 of 8. Harrison did commit several sensless fouls out on the floor.
