No "Christmas egg" was laid tonight. Walton came out on fire and buried the Panda's before they knew the hole was being dug. Dixon showed that she can score from inside or outside (I believe she had 3 3's) and Slavey came off the bench and drilled 4 3's in the first half. Walton was the quicker and more aggressive team tonight. They shot an unbelieveable percent in the first half. They came out somewhat flat in the second half and weren't hitting the 3's so they went to a slower more ball controlled offense. I didn't think that they would win so easily. The game was over at halftime and they coasted to the win. Congrats to the Lady Cats. Great pics paNDA.

There was a very nice WV crowd on hand, especially considering it is Christmas eve eve.

I will say that this one suprised me. More the final score than the fact that Walton-Verona won at home. Congratulations to the Lady Bearcats.
