Auburn has pulled out close games when it looked like they were beat all season so I just think that this may just be their year. The Ol' Ball Coach imo will come up with something to make it close but Auburn pulls out the win.

As for all the showboating or not claims I have absolutely no problem with a fist pump, high five or things like that to ceebrate a big play. Ones I have a big problem with are the ones that go way overboard on td's with dances, chest thumping and the like. I say to those, "Act like you have been there before and plan on being back". Simply hand the ball to the official and go to the sidelines, that imo shows the opponet much more than blowing kisses and acting like you're on Dancing With the Stars.

the kid who 23-3 with a NC and 4.0 is leaving. I saw every game and didn't see him jumping after a TD, imagine that a kid happy his team scored.

Atta boy Larry ..... then again Bama HAS been there before and much more often through the years than Auburn or UT. Maybe those two just haven't got everything down just right yet.:sssh:

Tidesports.com is reporting today that yes the part time disc jokey was fired for playing the songs, but the higher ranking Alabama official gave him permission and even helped pick out the songs hasn't been disciplined and has declined comment. All silly to me....I still thnk Auburn wins this game.

I certainly don't recall anything out of the way but I of course didn't see every completion throughout the season like you have (or else you couldn't say that) but the ones I have watched there was nothing way out of the way, that I can remember anyway. I was about to ask what you were watching :eyeonyou: :idunno:. Then I thought that maybe you were looking thru those same glasses you were when others would disagree with whatever you said about something, that would explain it.

As for both of these post I would say that at one time or another everyone on here has eaten crow at one time or another and some like me more often than not, so much that I have actually developed a taste for that feathered pest. :lol:

I only started noticing it because I started out liking him as a player. I don't have any inside info obviously, but I think he was a huge part of thier problem this season. His arrogance, especially about never losing a game really bothered me for some reason. That's just how I saw it though, I could see the other side of it. I don't see excusing his actions and not excusing Newton's though. Lot's of kids do the run around the stadium after the game (Tebow did it all the time and no one had a problem with it), but not too many players openly celebrate every single time a good play happens.
