I think both teams are playing their best right now, long story short, I think Monroe's best will be better...

It depends upon whether Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde comes from Radcliff. When the Eagles play loose, they have some incredible athletic talent on both sides of the ball. I think the long trip may do them in.

It won't....they will be ready to play. Fort Knox is a different team then what they were even 3 weeks ago.

Feel that Monroe's playoff experience will make them the better team in this matchup. If Fort Knox can beat Glasgow then they can beat us. Just don't think we will turn the ball over 4 times for them. Playing at Monroe will also be a big advantage for the Falcons.

I agree! This team has come along way in a short time...Falcons beware!!!

Personally, I think Monroe has finally found their identity with the power running game. Chad Wilson is emerging as a star on both sides of the ball for the Falcons and from here on out he will be instrumental in how far the Falcons can go. I really like the Falcons in the wishbone and the single back shotgun, I think (QB) Jackson is capable of picking up some nice yardage when we spread teams out and can really hurt teams with the scramble/pass by making the defender commit to coming up and stopping Jackson and throwing it over the defense we he does commit. The real Question for the Falcons is the Defense, but to be honest I think the defense is going to surprise people from here on out, Washington Co. did things that no other team in 2A with the exception of OC can do, I think Ft. Knox will see a tough hardnosed defense when they come to Tompkinsville Friday night and that will be the key for a Falcon victory...

Speaking of the Falcon defense, I was very impressed with sophmore defensive lineman Dylan Hale. He is a big powerful kid that seemed to get into the backfield more than any other defensive lineman all year. The only problem with him was his lateral movement..I feel that will come with more play time! I also really liked the look of Stephan Bell moving down and giving him one mission, get the ball carrier! This is better suited for him with his size and speed! It may be time to look into the youth for some better speed at the DL positions. Our defense is set up for a run stop, I am confident that they will do very well against Ft Knox and whoever wins between Green/Danville.

He has predicted a victory over FtK and claimed they will do well against whoever they play in the following week. Claiming 1 victory and following up with one good game isn't too risque. Speed could be the difference for the Falcon's on Friday. It's should now be obvious that FtK isn't just going to get off the bus and hand the Falcon's the game ball. I hope to see FtK/Monroe game if the week goes like I think it should.

Nope!! Just saying that Monroe will IMO take the Eagles and be ready to play a great game against the winner of Green/Danville! They have found their mojo on defense for this kind of team. No matter who we think we are going to play next, we have to get by the Eagles first...I feel we have the right ingredients to make some Eagle Bar-B-Que friday night!!!
