A friend of mine asked about this, is there any update?

Brossart has hired a new coach, however they are holding off on making any announcements at this time.

 

I can unfortunately confirm that Kevin Erskine was not given the job.

We will be making a formal announcement of the new coach tonight around 5:30 PM
