Knights win in a shootout.

I expect the Knights to win. They are the 2nd best team in Boyle County's district. No disrespect to the Jessamines but this is why you guys are not a top 10 team in 4A.

Anywho, it sounded like a dog fight and I wish I could have seen it.

Come on man. Give East some credit. They very easily could have won this game. Thomas himself ran for 355 yards. Catholic scored the deciding TD with about 1 minute left in the game. Congrats to East for closing the gap. Congrats to Catholic for pulling it out.

Give East a lot of credit. Their full back was lost for the season last week with a blown ACL. And I was told that a starting guard was out for the game after a car accident. Not that East seemed to need more help on the offensive side. Thomas is a special player. Ultra quick with strength. When he pops through hole on inside runs he can break anything and if gets to the corner and turns it he is dangerous. Kumengisa for Catholic had his best night of the seaon and Kyle Bolin had a good night and made key passes and ran when he had to for some big plays.

The defenses for both teams are probably going to spend some extra time in film and on the field after this game.

Congrats to East for building a better program each year.

#1 for East was an exciting player to watch. No their was no defense being played but it was still a fun game to watch. Man I love Wazoo.

Shame east could not pull it off, seems like againt most public schools in the area Lex Cath just has enough.
