Thats really all they have working for them..Lets put it this way ....Caldwell beat em and the Flash beat Caldwell 55-7. I think that the Flash will handle them and win district.LO will not face anymore real comp until the playoffs and then the first round should be easy.After that im nervous.....

You know better than to compare scores. Bell County beat Green County 61-12. Green County beat Lone Oak 20-17. Does that make Bell County a 52 point favorite if they meet in Bowling Green?

Lone Oak should be able to win this game fairly easy. But to the reference about Caldwell County, if you felt like you got a raw deal at the end of the game at Green County, Central had the screws put to them the whole game against Caldwell and still almost beat them.

HUMMMM! Don't work that way wish it did. I think that maybe LO just overlooked Green in that one. I think that LO will take care of business rest of the season and be ready for the playoffs.

Isn't Hopkins Central in the WKC just like Caldwell? How did they get "the screws put to them?"

The cheap shot on Caldwell's Brandon Sigler late in the game was despicable. Hopefully, the Storm head coach or whoever is in charge over there has put a stop to that nonsense.

That is more or less what I have heard, too, and not just from the Caldwell game.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I was the game also, and all that I will say about it is that the thuggery is what cost them the game, not what got them back into the game. They got back into the game once they stopped the late hits and just playing football. Caldwell's inability to move the football in the fourth quarter and the fact they couldnt stop the Storm late in the game, again everyone has an opinion. Go look at the the film on the last turnover. The interception by Caldwell over the middle and around the 10 yard line, if you cant see defensive holding by the kid who gets the int, you dont need to post again. I can admit to the thuggery, they came out playing stupid, look at the film, can you admit to the no call? Which saves the win for Caldwell. Probably not.

 

Back to the purpose of this thread, Lone Oak has a very good team and they should do well in this contest. And as Forrest would say, Thats all I got to say about that.
