Kentucky has some young talent coming in but it needs to produce, QB is going to be a huge question and the SEC isn't going to be as weak next year as it was this year. UK needs to step their game up and pray that Cobb and Danny T come back for one last shot.

I thought UK played stale and without emotion for the most part this year. In don't think there was much leadership on the team. The "Operation" UK needs most is a heart transplant.

Considering the past 5 years have been light years ahead of what UK football has done in my lifetime up to that point...is it really that bad?

I wouldn't, many UK football fans that I know of thought the world of Brooks.

 

Even after all of Brooks' "success" I heard a number of people saying it was time for him to step down. So we probably just run with people who have differing opinions. I mean, I don't think Brooks was overwhelmingly disliked, but at the same time, there didn't seem to be a collective "Oh crap" when he decided to hang it up.
