History of Louisville Metro Football (website)

About 2 years ago a friend had sent me a link to a website called the history of Louisville Metro Football. It had the complete history of all Louisville city and county schools including coaches, team records, all state players from each team etc... It dated back to the beginning of high school football in Louisville. Really cool site. Is anyone familiar with this site, and what happened to it?

I look for that about twice a fall. It appears to no longer exist, although I think the site author used to be a BGP member. I would love to have all the information from him even if the site doesn't go back up.

I spoke with one of the creators. The web page is down now, but they hope it will be back by Christmas. I think the cite was something like http://www.louisvillehsfootball.com. There will be somebody who knows for sure from the ranks of the T faithful. It is a great page... I spent many a good hours at work checking it out!

Many of the links work too, though not all. I was actually looking for it myself not long ago, so I'm glad someone gave me the starting point.

I'm curious where/how the creator of the site gathered all of the information for the site. I'm not sure the schools would even still have all that information available. KHSAA?

In the past I was told by someone at the KHSAA that they do not keep records related to football prior to 1959, which is when they began overseeing KY prep football.
