I thought that you had 2 more wins than Mr. Valance had reported

in his book (or at least the website's transcription of his stats) from

the last time you mentioned it. :thumb:

Those numbers were from the Mr. Vallance's book. 476 wins going into the 2004 season. 13 wins last year and 11 so far this year. That is 500.

Does the KHSAA have Coach McGlone's win total wrong?

 

This thread made me wonder about active coaches and their win totals and so I checked. The KHSAA has Coach McGlone's record as 228-112 going into this season. With another 11 so far in 2005, that would be 239 wins instead of 249.

I know he got win number 200 against West Carter during the 2001 regular season and finished that year with 4 more. With 11 wins in '02, 10 in '03, 13 in '04 and 11 so far this season, that adds up to 249. :thumb:
