This is a benchmark game for Brossart...........A win and they are a player in the district............A loss and they are an also ran who is playing a weak early season schedule to get victories and add confidence.................

 

Personally I think it is going to be a touchdown or less difference in the score with Brossart coming out on top. To me this is a game that will go far in seeing who is the 3 and 4 seeds in the playoffs (with Walton thrown in the mix). Two of the three (Ludlow Brossart and Walton) will be making the playoffs and one will not......sorry Dayton you are way off the charts on this discussion......................

Who is going to be the starting QB for Ludlow in this game? I know Pouncey(SP) got hurt last week, and the back up came in and executed well, and threw some nice balls. Food for thought in Ludlow though: why not start Mitchel Cody (SP) and use Pouncey at a skill position. That could be a dangerous threat if utilized effectively.

The ranting and raving and going back and forth is becoming silly on this thread. This is worse than cragislist.....bluegrasspreps.com is not a bad place to state opinions about the upcoming game and using facts and stats from the current season. Let's just discuss the current season and current stats and facts to debate and back our predictions and get off of last year. I do not mean to jump in your argument, but lets talk about Brossart 2010 and Ludlow 2010.

 

All I simply stated to begin with was that I believe Ludlow would win, just like last season. Last season people heard all the talk about how Brossart was going to win, and its the same this year. Thats why I said I believe it will be like last season, with Ludlow being the ones pulling out the win again even though most seem to be picking Brossart. I just simply stated my opinion that Ludlow I believe will win again, and then that is when the silly comments started about how now this is billboard material, and bringing up excuses.

This part right here is very true. This game will tell a lot about Brossart, and where they stand. They took a step forward last year by making the playoffs. However their still should be no talk at all, at seeing where they are compared to Beechwood, when they have yet to beat Ludlow or Bellevue. A win this week, and its another step in the right direction for their program in this district. It should be a tight game that comes down to the 4th quarter. I know I look forward to seeing it.

I can see a very tough matchup here but I'll take Brossart by a touchdown.
