Disney advice

Going during the first week of October. We have been before but always looking for new ideas.

 

My wife is very anal so she is trying to get the whole week planned right now.

Take lots of money! It has been awhile for us, but the last time we were there it was wise to make your breakfast with the character reservations in advance.

You are gonna have to give us some guidelines here, sweet16! What have you done, what do you want to do, are you staying on site, etc...

Staying off of Disney. we have a vacation club resort down there.

 

We are going to the parks for 6 days, Magic Kindgom, Disney Studios, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom.

 

We have a 8 year old and a 2 year old. We want to do anything that the kids can handle.

Sorry, I missed your reply. Is the 8 year old a boy or a girl? For a girl, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a huge hit.

Also, you may already know this, but Fantasmic is no longer shown nightly so you have to plan accordingly. We always make a point to watch it.

Save and pay the money to stay at one of the resort hotels. The difference between transporting crabby children after a long day in the park through the crowd, traffic and to an outside hotel, and falling off the monorail into your hotel bed, is well worth the extra money.

Prior to entering the park, check the floorboards for the modeling clay that your child was playing with while in the back seat.
