Congrats to the NKY Wildcats for their 31-1 record for the season and 2010 Greater Cincinnati Class B Div. 1 Champs. Led by a very dedicated group of coaches including Daniel "Casey" Jones, Tim Martin, Rich Whitford, Casey Hennigan, and Herb Rardin. Players included Brady Murray, Jake Whitford, Dylan Huff, Luke Hennigan, Brian Dill, Mitchell Jones, Joe Martin, Andrew Abner, John Abner, Jacob Noe, Patrick Schoepf. and Grayson Heck.

Way to go Wildcats. Several good athletes in this group, looking forward to following them as they move up the ranks at Highlands. Dylan Huff would look good in the blue & white for sure, heard he started SS at Bellevue last season on the VArsity and earned All Conference Honorable mention as an 8th grader.

Wow! Impressive yr boys. Question for Tdyb, is that a player or a coach standing behind 25 in the back row? Thats got to be a coach, if not that kid is a behemoth (sp) because he is standing next to Rich Whitford whom I know and he is around 6-2. How old are these kids, 12-13 yr olds?

I have heard that HHS baseball coaches are licking their chops with this group. I heard the other day that this group of boys won the City Championship as a 2nd yr C Class team, 1st yr B Class team and 2nd yr B Class team. Wow! that is very impressive, has this ever been done before?

My guess is that the high school coach is wondering how many will fall into the "I can't play baseball because I play football" camp.

 

Hopefully, this group will not fall into that trap.
