I got to watch some of the S3-Davis team play against D1 and this was one of the fastest pace games of the tournament. Shanklin and Stenzel looked awesome when I was watching. Stenzel's basketball IQ is amazing. This kid can play. This was a fun game to watch. I wish I didn't have to leave. The S3 team was up by about 8 when I left.

They play hard and up and down the whole game and with only 8 players this tourney. Stenzel has been a starter for GRC since the 8th grade. I agree he has a high b-ball IQ and sees the floor well.

Hey I'm confused. Fastbreak said that Robbie Barber had 14 in the second half against Utah and Handy Mandy listed Barber as having 8 points for the entire game. What gives? :idunno:

I will check my stats. I was rushing to get data entered before I got timed out.

Joey Demling wrote this about Robbie Stenzel of the Shinning Stars:Stenzel turns in a big effort

There were plenty of big-time performers for the Shining Stars-Davis team this week at the adidas Invitational Tournament in Indianapolis.

But one of the better efforts came from Clark County shooting guard Robbie Stenzel.

The 6-foot-4 Stenzel had two 20-plus point efforts and had just an all-around solid tournament. The Shining Stars were eliminated this morning in overtime.

"I think we all know this month is huge," Stenzel said. "I just want to try and get all the looks that I can to have more opportunities."

Stenzel already holds offers

I was wondering what offers Stenzel has. He is one fine basketball player.

Nice to see Jack Stewart of Highlands showing his talents. He could develop into a very dominant player this season, he has all the tools and is performing well against some top National Talent. It seems he had a very good showing agaisnt the Utah Pump n Run team who from what I read on here beat the SS-Davis team by 20.

Stewart had a great game against the Pump N Run. He actually hit a 3 at the buzzer to send the game into overtime.

I will check my stats. I was rushing to get data entered before I got timed out.

Any updates on those stats HM? Maybe, the previous poster just was confused about which player was Barber?
