Yea I talked to AT & T and they said I could go on and upgrade to it. I don't really know when I am elgible for an upgrade but I will have had my phone for two years in October?

Then your probably eligible anyways.

They are letting anyone who is eligible for an upgrade before Jan 1st. get it for the upgrade price as soon as it comes out...
