I would guess the answer is "ASAP".

I cannot wait to get out there!!! July 9-12th can't come soon enough!!!

I was out only a month ago and already ready to go back.

Anyone ever stayed at the Stratosphere? I know it's at the extreme North end of the strip, but it's easily the cheapest "major" hotel on the Strip.

 

For some reason people seem to enjoy jumping from the top of this building, attached by bunge.

 

Signature attraction is the 1,149 feet Stratosphere Tower, the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States

Look into the Mirage or Treasure Island near the center of the action and save on cab fares.

Wynn is the absolute best! Eat breakfast at the terrace grill overlooking the pool. And dinner at the Country club overlook, it is amazing. That is where I took the golf course pictures.

So has no one ever stayed at the Stratosphere?

Never been there in my many ventures to vegas, but I know some who have and rode the rides and loved them! Too far from the heart of the strip for me. But if you are not getting comped, I have seen they have some cheap rates!

I do not know of anyone that has ever stayed there. I just looked at the website and the rooms like fine to me. You are not too far from all the main stuff and you can hit up the Pawn Stars from the location.

paNDA - I saw these the other day and wanted to comment then - they are some great pictures. I do have a question though - how many pics did you take during your time there? I bet it has to be a huge number. Or if you want, start a thread and we can all guess as to how many. Thanks for the pics. Brings back memories.
