We are blessed to have 2 of the best in the mountains playing less than a mile apart. I look for bigger years for each player. With Zach having a full spring and summer to run this offense he is going to be scary good. May be best QB ever out of PC. Manning has his weapons back and should put up even bigger numbers this season. I look for great seasons from both SHS and PC in 2010.

Zach Eastham - Pulaski County.

Passed for 2,195 yards and 24 TDs in '09. Eastham also rushed for 915 yards and 10 TDs. He didn't become a starter until the third game of the season, because of "All-State" QB Chris Muse's ACL injury in week 2. Zach will be a senior in 2010.

He is very good, especially from what I saw of him vs. Rockcastle. He had some really good WR's too, who does he have back to throw to. Who is recruiting him?

Not sure on schools recruiting him, but he does have some very good receivers back. PC loses R.C. White, Jordan Walden, and Mikey Shepperd at the receiver position. I look for Steven McQueen to be his #1 this year, as well as Alex Abner out of the backfield. Cody Wesley will be a big target for Eastham as well. There are more receivers coming that will step in and contribute. As Eastham's numbers show, he doesn't discriminate, his favorite receiver is the open receiver.

Harrison Bond 5'10 170lbs. West Carter. Does not have a typical body type for a QB but has been groomed in a football family and makes big plays when he needs too. Along with maybe the best WR corps in EKY top to bottom with great speed. Also West Carter will have great speed in the back field.With the players around him he will put up big numbers this coming fall. He has gained muscle mass and speed this off seasonand has also grew a few inches. West typically was a power football team, but since Bond started QB West has been able to run a very tuff spread attack. I expect West to be able to win every game on their schedule this fall with the exception of Mason, but last falls game against Mason, West gave Mason all they wanted. I look for big things out of this kid this fall.

I feel Bond is the best passing quarterback that Mason County played against last year. But, in comparison, Mason's Pawsatt threw 11 for 15 for 187 yards and 3 TDs last years while Bond was 10 of 20 for 78 yards and 2 TDs. Thus, I continue my support of Pawsat.

Agreed, Pawsat is by one of the best quaterbacks in the state. Hopefully it is not raining, that really hurt West Carters option game last year, which Bond does very well.

Tyler Farley is about 6' 200lbs he had a good throwing year last season (over 2,000 yards) even after missing a few games with injury. He should have another good season this year.

The Boggs kid at Pike Central. Transfer from Perry Central. Watched him in spring ball. Has a cannon for a arm. Looks to be around 6ft 2 or 6ft 3 about 210lbs. Going to be a junior. I think you will see Pike Central throw the ball alot. Should be fun to watch.
