Maybe the tape would show something and maybe nothing, but it was quickly covered up and we will never know. Just because they can't prove anything does not mean a crime was or was not commited. They didn't say she did or didn't have a head injury in the press conference, well that I saw. I'm with you on the DNA. I'm actually not assuming anything. I thought at first there was no way it was true. After paying attention to the details of the case I would wager a small fortune that she thinks what went down was wrong, and that it was probably wrong. DA's don't usually come out swinging like he did when they don't file charges. Just b/c he knows he can't get a conviction doesn't mean he doesn't think something went wrong.

April 13, 201016 yr Just caught his interview on ESPN, and he looks terrible. His hair long and greasy, and it looks like he's added a few pounds to his face. When I first seen that, I thought wow, Shawn Michaels has put on a few pounds!
April 13, 201016 yr Something I forgot to mention earlier about the DA ripping Ben that was brought up on PTI. How many times did the DA refer to the girl as the victim rather than the accuser? This DA to me seems upset that he couldn't prove a crime.

Remember Ben is the outsider there and he wants to look like he is sympathetic towards the accuser to stay in favor. JMO
April 14, 201016 yr Author Talk radio in Atlanta today stated that the DA was ticked on many fronts, he had to wait to have his presser after the Masters, he couldn't persuade the family to persue the case alternatively. Seemed that they weren't too fond of the DA on that show anyway. Of course, one of the jocks may have been previously prosecuted by him.:idunno:

I have a couple of funny stories about him from guys that played w/ him and hung out w/ him. The stories basically come back to the theme that he is a complete dork.
