Actually, after Ballard they would get Warren Central(most likely) before meeting Scott Co in semis.

Sorry I'm 9th region by birth, so I must have switched Newport and Shelby's paths.

Shelby has a team of athletes but they do not play well as a team. A couple of them have some bad attitudes. One player that is been a real class act and a great player in the regional tourney was the freshman!! I think his name is Hicks. Look out for him at Rupp, he is going to have an amazing career. Very unassuming player that is fun to watch.

Doesn't Hicks play with Prewitt from Montgomery County on the Ville that won several U14 tourneys this past summer?

 

Not sure, I heard he played with the kids from North Oldham during the summer. He even started out the school year there but got home sick after a few weeks and came back to Shelby County. Great kid, great skills, great athlete.
