I was wondering the same thing.

 

I haven't kept up with girls basketball much this year though.

Well, Rowan did beat Ashland by 2 earlier in the season, but I thought that they hadn't been playing particularly well lately, losing by double digits to St. Patrick and to Fleming in the districts.

Anyone have a score on the Boyd game ?

 

Was it played before this game or is it being played now ?

Great win for RC. Special congrats to my buddy Coach Tackett. The man gets it done in the regional tourney.

East won by 16

Not an upset, Rowan had lost a couple recently, but are still very good. Rowan and East should be a great final! Congrats to Coach Tackett and Easterling.

Not really a shock. Rowan Co struggled toward the end of the regular season but it looks like their back.
