With the way NCC played against Highlands, I feel sorry for whoever gets them in the first round of the region tourney.

 

Them and Ryle both seem to be getting hot at the right time.

You are right. In fact, I apologize for interrupting this post with heresay about Popp. I hope it was a misunderstanding and hope to see him playing his best tonight versus Cooper and the Rebels challenge for a regional title. The more I've thought about it, it doesn't make sense, especially after the game he played against Holmes.

 

Just wanted to throw this in- what if one of the players was asked to go into the 2nd to last game and declined? I don't think "the player quit the team" is entirely accurate. I think the player quit on his team for whatever reason, right before senior night. That's not a coaching problem- IMVHO.

I think we should wait and see what the whole story is before we speculate too much. There may be more going here than we know.

 

Agreed and from what I've heard we don't know the whole story.
