The winner of the Simon Kenton vs Beechwood game tonight would play the winner of the Ryle vs Boone County game!

My guess is Coach Shumate did the right thing and didn't play any of his varsity Frosh in this game!

Sort of sorry that I won't get to see any of the Frosh game on Saturday so gryche11 I am counting on you and MACLA to post all the information about the Frosh games on Saturday, so I can read all about them when I get back from Mason County.

SK will have a tough game on Saturday night with most likely Boone Co. I will do my best to keep the board updated.

Remember that SK has a handful of frosh who play big minutes on the JV level. Sampson and Swanson (prior to his injury) were playing some varsity minutes to boot.

Noah Robinson the 7th grader was the leading scorer tonight for Simon Kenton with 11. Good to see him back in action after setting 7 weeks with a broken foot. Johnson also had a great game. All around good game for the "neers".

Beechwood's four best freshmen were not on the floor in this one. Obviously the two currently starting varsity did not play. One of the other two is injured and not sure about why the fourth did not play.

Did Erdman and McKenzie play for Beechwood? If not then I can see why they only scored 16 pts.
