It is a big game. It will go a long way in deciding the seedings for the 33rd Dist. Tournament. I don't ever want to see anyone hurt but if you're playing and you don't give you all, all the time, you belong on the bench.

I played for some pretty tough coaches in my day and anything less than 110% got you a seat on the bench.

I think this is a very important game in the region. A Ryle win would give some other teams a little more confidence that may not exist right now. Highlands who beat Ryle would probably start feeling a little better. NC who was beaten by Boone beat Highlands and plays Ryle this week and would probably feel a lot better about playing Boone next time. Conner who beat Highlands would feel a little better about their chances since Highlands beat Ryle.

Perhaps a little silly, but you could make some arguments that the region may be a little more wide open than people think. A solid Boone victory would make it even tougher to consider anyone else.

Call me crazy, but I believe NCC is the team to beat in the 9th Region this year. They are under the radar with all the talk of ydney Moss and Boone County which is how Ron Dawn likes it.

Boone may win the region again, but for my money, Dawn is the best coach, boys or girls in the region. Assuming they are injury free, they will be tough to handle.
