wow! I'm surprised by the margin of victory! Good luck to the Mustangs down state!

Brossart will be proud to represent the 10th Region in next week's Touchstone Energy All "A" State State Tournament.

 

The final score of the game is quite deceiving. Brossart led 33-28 after three periods. Brossart went on a 12-0 run at the start of the fourth period which converted to a 25-5 final stanza and a 58-33 Mustangs win.

Winning the 10th Region "A" Championship will net Coach Mike Code the 10th Region "A" Coach of the Year title for the fifth time in his six year tenure.

 

Nathan Brugger was named the team's All-Academic selection, while Jordan Armstrong, Zach Fardo, and Jacob Rieger were all named to the All-Tournament team.

 

The complete All-Tournament team is: Brian Gallenstein - St. Patrick, Cody Maggard - Paris, Colton Frasure - Augusta, Tucker Glass - Calvary Christian, Like King - Deming, Ryan Vogel and Quinton Gindele - Silver Grove, Dylan Hamilton and Devin Workman - Bracken County, Kyle Campbell and Charles Washington - Nicholas County.
