BGP Boys State Rankings 01/05

Featured Replies

If we include the out of state games, I think Ballard clearly deserves the #1 spot! I would have Clark Co a little lower since they have four losses against in-state teams

Was this before or after the Eastern loss?

Before, and also before the Mason loss to Campbell Co.

How is Scott County ranked above Holmes? Scott Co. has already lost to 2 in state teams that I know of, one of which was LCA, while Holmes has only lost once to a good Ballard team in state.

I have no problem with that, just wonder who you would put in front of them?

GRC should be up there. Heck they beat a team the other night by 55. That is how we should measure teams by margin of victory, it worked out so well for Elliott County last year. I know that will help them in the Cantrell rankings as well which are also very accurate.:popcorn:

Elliott Co had a good team last year. Why put them down, or for that matter ,why put anyone down.

Clark County ahead of Seneca? Ummm, didn't Senaca beat Clark County?

Again how would you rate them?

Eastern lost to Seneca too, and moved #3 to #1. I am sure you noticed that, but just like to point out GRC's losses.

Well, this is what I've got to say - it makes my statement even more clear.

Seneca has beaten the state's No. 1 team and Clark County, but is still ranked behind Clark County?

But hey, it's just rankings, they are there for people to argue .... the bottom line, no rankings mean nothing because they don't earn you a free pass to the Sweet Sixteen.

Just find it funny how Clark is ahead of Seneca. Doesn't make much sense to me, but that's what rankings are for - people to question them back and forth.

What about Eastern losing to Secena and moving to #1?

Would still like to see your ranking....

Actually, what are your rankings? I'm sure I know who would be No.1 or at least in the top five.:sssh:
