I've missed you NCF!

 

I had Shepherd's Pie I made last night. I used a leg of lamb I cooked for two days in the crockpot on low in red wine, garlic and rosemary. Shredded it up and made a FABULOUS gravy, layered some peas and carrots on top, then topped it off with my homemade mashed potatoes. I love meals like that! I don't mind eating leftovers tonight. :D

I am shocked so many have had such nice thoughts on my return.

Still trying to keep my resolution to eat healthy!

We are going to Japanese Hibachi.

Stuffed cabage,smashed taters,corn and cornbread. Its so good it makes you want to smack yo mama!

My grandmother's chicken and dumplins.

I just cooked some chicken & peppers, Spanish rice, black beans and had queso, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos.

 

Do with it as you please. I rolled mine into a burrito.
