Looks like to me he is yelling at the official and it appears he says 'wrong guy' at the end. I am not a great lip reader, but I don't think Cal was talking to the opposing player. If he did, he should apologize. But IMHO, it looked like he was talking to the ref.

 

Honestly, I didn't see any foul on the play. If there was one IMHO, it should not have been on Bledsoe, BUT he could have been holding the jersey. However, that was not the call. The push came from the UL player, but I didn't see a call to be made on that play IMHO.
