November 17, 200916 yr I'll second that. A high school kid doing that to a first grader. Totally uncalled for!!! And totally alleged at this point. I'm having a tough time seeing this particular incident happening without the bus driver being aware of it. If it turns out it did happen there's more than one problem that needs to be fixed.

November 18, 200916 yr The lawsuit indicates that the teachers and administration at the school did not deny that this happened. It says they claimed that the actions were deserved for various reasons such as "he cut in line" or "he/she deserved it." It also says that the school has a policy on how to handle these situations but the school disregarded those policies. It also says the kids were punished by the school for reporting the incidents.
November 18, 200916 yr Saw in the paper that she filed her claim and the district attorney and a federal office of civil rights or something like that investigated her claim. Found no merit to her claims and dismissed it. So, she got the bulldog and went to civil court.
November 18, 200916 yr If true, this should be dealt with swiftly and justly. However, as soon as I saw who her attorney is.........doubt crept in.
