Mason Co. with their first ever undefeated regular season.

Pawsat hurt during the game, so hopefully it is nothing serious.

The big question is how hurt is Mason Co's starting QB Neal Pawsat.

This is very impressive considering Pawsat got hurt with 10 min. left in the 1st quarter.Colt did a great job for Neal as Greenup was out of this game early and Royals were able to cruise from there.I herd it didn't look good on Neal,Lets hope he is alright.

Great playing by Colt tonight at the QB position.

IF Colt does play in the playoffs, if Neal can't go I think he is a solid player plus he is a senior.

Coach B said he is not very optimistic on Neal....

Yeh, just listened to the coach on the radio show. You can hear the devastation in his voice... doesn't look good for Pawsat's return according to coach. And of course, this is a blow going in to the playoffs. Hats off to Fearis, back up QB got the job done tonight!

Congrats to coach Buchanan, his players and staff! 10-0 undefeated regular season is a huge accomplishment. Hope the players can rally and make a run in the playoffs! :thumb:

I think Coach B tone in his voice said all you need hear if your a Royal fan,He was devastated for Neal and the Team.Injuries are a part of the game but man oh man,Really hope it isn't as bad as its looking.

What happened to Pawsat? I hate to see him go down because Mason County has a legitimate chance to make it to and even win the state this year. I guess it just goes to show you need a lot of things to come together to go all the way. It sounds like they didn't miss a beat tonight, though, with the backup in there.

Was the injury caused by a good clean hit, did he get twisted up in a scrum? What was the cause?

Took a helmet to the knee,And it looks bad.But you never know,God willing he will play again this year.

Wasn't there tonight,Only game i missed all year,But herd by text it was a hit to the knee.I assume it was clean haven't herd any different.

The radio said it might have been the field?

That's basically the way coach B said it. Hate to see this happen. Royals have had some good years and teams to make some noise in the playoffs and I believe they have what it takes to win the title this year! Fearis is gonna have to step up and play like he did tonight as it looks like his number's been called.
