Like the Bellevue / Dayton game when it comes to Bellevue / Ludlow you can throw the records out the window. These kids will come to play no matter what. With kids like Rice and Buckler I look for another hard fought game. I would think Ludlow will monster Buckler with Rice. Shut him down and Ludlow has a chance.

 

Buckler is a playmaker no doubt, but I must agree with you as far as Ludlow will for the most part have Rice shadow Buckler. I'm not guranteeing a Ludlow victory, but I don't think they let Buckler beat them.

If he gets at least 22 carries and they hold him under 200 yrds I will don a Panther avatar. That will mean they hold him under his average and Ludlow has a shot to win.

I think that Ludlow better have some tricks up there sleeves, because I have watched teams this year shadow Buckler and it has only worked about 30% of the time. He somehow still finds away to sneak threw the line.

I know he probably isn't getting anything big because of his size, (which I hate bc if you can play you can play) but has Buckler been getting looks from anywhere? If so, where?

How do you control a fast car with no brakes, virtually impossible. We all know that this will be a great match up, but Bellevue does have a pretty good offense goin right now. If there defense can stand up to the test, it will be Bellevue 36 Ludlow 12.

Well for one if it was illegal then you would think the Refs would call it. If it is illegal then you definitely would think the refs would call it if they do it again. I think its pretty sad that you would accuse a coaching staff of using illegal plays, when you really have no clue what is going on. Far as you know one of the players might have just not lined up in the right position in that play. I mean that does happen, it even happens in the pros. Just usually refs catch it, and it is called. So before you get on here and trying to say a coaching staff runs illegal plays, and accusing them of doing that on purpose. You might want to know for sure, because thats an accusation you shouldn't be putting on here if you really don't know, which I don't think you do.

Anytime when Ludlow plays Bellevue its usually the same way. Every single time you know what Bellevue is going to do, they are going to run it right at you and every now and then throw a trick play in there. It just comes down to stopping it, and even though you know its coming. It is hard to stop it because Bellevue definitely always is a very good running team. The three games that Ludlow has won in the past 6 years against Bellevue has been when Ludlow has slowed down Bellevue's rushing attack. The games they lost, Bellevue was able to run the ball and control the line of scrimmage. When it comes to running the ball on someone and stopping the run, it just comes down to really who wants it more. Both teams know how this game is going to go, it will just come down to who plays the hardest. Ludlow is going to have to play their best game of the year and harder than they have all year. If they do that, then I can see them slowing down Buckler and would give them a shot at winning.

 

I know win or lose this is always my favorite game of the year, even though it is much better when Ludlow wins.
