I think it came from Riverfront Stadium, circa 1981...

As a season ticket holder back in those day's, it had more to do with Hudepohl Beer and the Beer vendors shouting out Hu-Dey, get your Hu-Dey.

 

In fact, I have two cans of the stuff with a Bengal head on the can with Hu-Dey and Who Dey think Gonna Beat Dem Bengals, on the cans!
