Bourbon does have a passing game, infact they have two Qbs on the field. They can pass from mult. positions in the backfield. Just because they haven't had to use the passing game yet, does not mean they don't have one. How is TC's passing game this year? Is the best QB even getting the most snaps?

Our backup QB is up to I think ten interceptions on the J.V. team already this year so yes I think our best QB is getting the snaps, not to say he is the best in the state. It doesnt matter how many QBs you have on the field when you do not practice passing, if you do not pass during a game the best practice you could possibly be getting is against the scout team which I am sure isn't as good as varsity talent.

Bourbon does have a passing game. And there is one part of your quote I would like to emphasize WHEN. Surely you don't think Mason will shut it down? They have given up plenty of rushing yards in their last two games.

Apparently at Trimble County Throwing the ball is leading to a lot of interceptions we dont have 2 turnovers on all levels including freshmen jv and varsity. Point is running the ball controls the ball throwing leads to interceptions.

Mason county was in position to lose their first two games, turnovers is what allowed them to win, like boco said bourbon doesnt have more than 2 turnovers on all levels. Plus bourbon has had over 400 rushing yards every game and mason county couldn't stop montgomery countys running game, so how do they plan on stopping the colonels?

I wouldn't be shocked to see an upset though, I'm just betting with my head at this point due to Mason County being the clear favorite. I'm sure Bourbon County loves the under dog role all year though.

If you are not at Bourbon's practice, how would you know if they practice it or not. Bedford is a long way from Paris. It does matter how many QB's are on the field because the more talent you have on the field the more a defense has to prepare for to stop during that game.

Wouldn't call it solid D, more like less than stellar offense from the teams they played. Hold on to the ball is high on the board when playing anybody. If you don't protect the ball, you will lose.

 

As far as the O, limit their time on the field and you will slow them down tremendously. I won't say stop but definitely put them in quick sand.

it will be a great game probably the game of the week I do believe it has already been named a game of the week

I honestly believe that Mason will win but I think Bourbon has the team to pull off the "upset"
