I've always been a fan of Venus. Serena, I can't stand. Go figure. Gooooood riddance.

That she would throw away a chance at saving the match just to curse a lines person.

Hmm, I'm listening to her explanation about the foot fault.

"All year I haven't been foot faulted. And suddenly in this tournament they keep calling foot faults, and I'm not saying I don't, but like, I don't know."

So basically, they called it correctly, you lost your crap, and got what you deserved.

I also like (in regards to the lines person feeling threatened) "Well, I've never been in a fight in my whole life." It's a shame. I bet if someone knocked your block off once or twice you wouldn't berate someone doing their job by telling them you were going to take this tennis ball and shove it down their throat, you swear to God.

I haven't heard that many words bleeped since the days of McEnroe and Nastase!! I'm glad she's out.

Sounded like a Katt Williams show airing on Comedy Central before 1:00 AM.

Going to five after Del Potro wins the fourth in a tiebreak.

I hate when the crowd yells in the middle of a point.:irked:

That dude that won could be a serious basketball player.

Just kidding....he's very TALL!

Unbelievable that Roger lost a 2-0 set lead. He would have been the first man since Laver completed the Slam in 1969 to win three straight majors in a calendar year.

Del Potro won the second set.

Del Potro won the second set.

Yeah, just saw that. I'd been following it on my phone. I thought I had seen 2-0 Federer.

I can't help but thinking Del Potro should just bite the bullet and start going by "Manny" from now on. I mean, "Manny Del Potro" just rolls off the tongue.

I'm not a big tennis fan, but I did watch part of both the womens' and mens' final. It was refreshing to watch two matches where none of the participants sounded like they were passing a kidney stone on every shot.
